Personal Protection and Use of Force Training

Learning does not require any prior training in a martial arts or self-defense system. Our methods are designed to get you ready to protect yourself in an effective and efficient manner.

By concentrating on high-stress attacks, we are able to train with natural behavior mechanisms to increase one’s chances of success if confronted on the streets.

There are minimal equipment requirements for the class, however, you should not purchase anything until you have tried the class and want to continue training in it.

Basic Class Information:

  • Meets most Saturdays @ 10:00 am
  • Class size is limited, please contact us prior to attending to ensure we have space
  • Ages 12 and over
  • Open to both men and women
  • Fees = $0

If you practice fighting twice every Saturday, then you will have been in at least 104 self-defense situations by the end of the year.
