I\u2019m going to focus on the \u201cwhy\u201d I do something. This is my philosophy regarding martial arts and should never be taken as the final answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My philosophy comes from many sources, starting with my father, then all the different instructors I have trained with, and then the internet. It would be challenging to pinpoint the source of my philosophy, who planted the first seed?
